In order to activate your Worldpay Dashboard account you will need your Worldpay registered Login ID and temporary password that will have been sent to you by Worldpay, either by post or email. Enter these credentials via the Worldpay Dashboard login page, on first login you will be prompted to activate your account.
- Go to the Worldpay Dashboard homepage and click “Login”.
- Enter your login ID and temporary password.
- Complete account activation information.

Q: I haven't received my password from Worldpay.
A: Temporary passwords are sent out by either email or post so please ensure you have checked both means of delivery. In the instance that your password has been sent to you by email please also check your Junk mailbox.
