If you are experiencing difficulties printing it possible that you may need to replace the till role. This can be carried out quickly and easily without the need of a Worldpay engineer.
To change the till role open the top of the central unit of your Hub and lift the top blue section covering the printer. This will expose the till role, simply replace the empty till role with a new role and your printer should begin to print again without issue.
