You can quickly and easily test the hardware components of My Business Hub at any time using the “Check Peripherals” page.
From within the Settings page select “Check Peripherals” and you’ll see the options to test the Keypad, Printer and Cash drawer. Tapping “Test” under any of the respective hardware elements of your Hub will confirm whether or not the connection has been successfully established with that hardware element.
Successful connection paring will display a tick icon instead of test option. If your Hub cannot detect a connection to any aspect of its hardware under test conditions it will return an error message, in this instance please reset the respective piece of hardware and try again. If issues persist please contact a member of our UK Customer Support team.
