With My Business Dashboard you are able to edit your business’ details from the Business Details section of the Manage Account page. Simply click “Edit details” from the right hand pane, enter your password for security purposes when prompted and press “Submit”.
Once you have entered your password you will be asked to select the detail you wish to edit, simply select the relevant option from the drop-down menu, choose the applicable area of your business, and press “Next”. My Business Dashboard will offer you the ability to change any of the following details:
- Business Address
- Business Name
- Business Type (Legal Entity)
- Contact Person
- Outlet Nickname
- Telephone Number
- VAT Registration Number
Once you have selected the details to change you will be prompted to enter your updated details. Complete all required fields and press “Submit”. Your request will now have been submitted to Worldpay and the change should be processed within 5 working days, we will contact you once your details have been updated or if any further information is required.
In order to change your business’ bank details you will need to provide some additional information for security purposes. Guidance on how to request a change of bank details can be found by clicking here.
