End of Day Reports

With My Business Hub you can generate email or printed summaries of your sales activity. From the Sales and Insights page of the My Business Hub app tab either "Print this Summary" or "Email this Summary" and your report will be generated. For email summaries the time period detailed in the report will correspond to that displayed on screen at the time of request whereas printed summaries will include sales information from the current day's trading.

By generating Email Summaries you can receive reports detailing your daily, weekly or monthly trading figures.

Print Summary

You can print a report of your business' activity for the current day from the Sales & Insights page of the My Business Hub app. By selecting "Print this Summary" at the bottom of the screen your Hub will generate a report from the built in printer.

Included in this printed report will be:

  • Your Sales, Refunds and Total Sales figures for the current day's trading.
  • A VAT breakdown for your Total Sales.
  • A breakdown of your transactions by Cash and Card across Sales, Refunds and Total Sales.
  • A summary of any closed Cash Drawers for the day's trading.
  • A summary of your top selling items for the day.
     
Worldpay My Business Hub Print Summary

To print a summary of your day's activity:

  1. Go to the Sales & Insights page of the My Business Hub app.
  2. Select "Print this Summary"
  3. Your daily summary will now be generated from your Hub's printer.

Email Summary

To generate an email summary of your sales simply tap "Email this Summary" from the Sales & Insights page and your Hub will automatically send you an email with a full breakdown of your sales data. The timeframe captured in the report will correspond to that displayed on screen at the time of request. 

Included in this printed report will be:

  • Your Sales, Refunds and Total Sales figures.
  • A VAT breakdown for your Total Sales.
  • A breakdown of your transactions by Cash and Card across Sales, Refunds and Total Sales.
  • A summary of any closed Cash Drawers for the day's trading (only available in daily summary).
  • A summary of your top selling Items & Categories.
Worldpay My Business Hub Email Summary

To print a summary of your day's activity:

  1. Go to the Sales & Insights page of the My Business Hub app.
  2. Select the date range you require your summary for.
  3. Select "Email this Summary".
  4. Your Email summary will now be generated and appear in you inbox shortly.

N.B. Your email report will be sent to the same email address you use to login to the My Business Hub app. At this time we are unable to send your email report to an alternative email address. 

Should you need to view your Sales or Transaction data for any historical day's trading you can do this by logging into My Business Dashboard where you can also download transaction data for offline use.
