End of Day Reports

Android only devices

Currently the End of Day Reports can only be generated by Worldpay Hub and Worldpay Reader customers with a compatible Android device.

With Worldpay POS you can generate summaries of your sales activity from the Sales and Insights page. 

For email summaries the time period detailed in the report will correspond to that displayed on screen at the time of request whereas printed summaries will provide sales information from the current day's trading.

You can also set up automated, recurring, daily, weekly or monthly email summaries by selecting Email me a recurring summary from the bottom of the Sales & Insights page. This will allow you to receive an email summary of your daily business activity automatically on the days, and at the time, of your choosing.

Print Summary*

*Worldpay Hub customers only

You can print a report of your business' activity for the current day from the Sales & Insights page of the Worldpay POS app, if you have a connected printer, by selecting "Print this Summary" at the bottom of the screen.

Included in this report will be:

  • Your Sales, Refunds and Total Sales figures for the current day's trading.
  • A VAT breakdown for your Total Sales.
  • A breakdown of your transactions by Cash and Card across Sales, Refunds and Total Sales.
  • A summary of any closed Cash Drawers for the day's trading.
  • A summary of your top selling items for the day.
     
Worldpay My Business Hub end of day reports

To print a summary of your day's activity:

  1. Go to the Sales & Insights page of the Worldpay POS app.
  2. Select "Print this Summary".
  3. Your daily summary will now be generated from your connected bluetooth printer.

Email Summary

To generate an email summary of your sales simply tap "Email this Summary" from Sales & Insights and the Worldpay POS app will automatically send you an email with a full breakdown of your sales data. The timeframe captured in the report will correspond to that displayed on screen at the time of request. 

Included in this printed report will be:

  • Your Sales, Refunds and Total Sales figures.
  • A VAT breakdown for your Total Sales.
  • A breakdown of your transactions by Cash and Card across Sales, Refunds and Total Sales.
  • A summary of any closed Cash Drawers for the day's trading (only available in daily summary).
  • A summary of your top selling Items & Categories.

To print a summary of your day's activity:

  1. Go to Sales & Insights.
  2. Select the date range you require your summary for.
  3. Select "Email this Summary".
  4. Your Email summary will now be generated and appear in you inbox shortly.

N.B. Your email report will be sent to the same email address you use to login to the Worldpay POS app. At this time we are unable to send your email report to an alternative email address. 

Email Summary Subscription

Should you require regular sales summary information you can setup automated, recurring, daily, weekly or monthly email summaries via Sales & Insights.

To receive daily email summaries simply tap "Email me a recurring daily summary", select the days on which you wish to receive summaries and the time at which you wish your sales data to be collected. Once set, simply tap "Confirm" and then all that's left to do is sit back and wait for your email summaries to arrive.

To setup recurring weekly or monthly summaries simply repeat the above process from either the This Week or This Month tab of Sales & Insights. Weekly summaries will arrive in your inbox before 9am on a Monday morning  and will contain data for the week just gone. Monthly summaries will arrive before 9am on the 1st of each month and contain data for the month just gone.

To setup automated daily sales summaries:

  1. Tap "Email me a recurring daily summary".
  2. Select the days on which you want to receive your summary and the time you wish your sales data to be collected.
  3. Select "Confirm".

Your recurring daily email summary should now be setup, please check that the tick box is selected and the correct time and days are displayed at the bottom of the Sales & Insights page. 

N.B. It may take up to an hour for your summary to arrive in your inbox.

Should you need to view your Sales or Transaction data for any historical day's trading you can do this by logging into My Business Dashboard where you can also download transaction data for offline use.
