Invoice Delivery

As a My Business Dashboard customer you will receive your Worldpay invoices online via your Dashboard. However, if you still wish to receive paper copies of your invoices you can quickly and easily activate paper invoicing via the Invoice delivery section of the Manage Account page.

Displayed on the Invoice delivery tab will be your current invoicing method. To change your invoicing method simply select "Change" and update your settings as required. 

To activate paper invoicing:

  1. Go to the manage Account page.
  2. Select the Invoice delivery tab.
  3. Select "Change".
  4. Update delivery settings.
