Settlements refer to the deposit or withdrawal of funds to and from your bank account. Your most recent settlement will be displayed in the “Last Settlement” tile on the Overview page.
Worldpay Dashboard users with more than one outlet will see a combined settlement value for all of their outlets; with the total number of settlements displayed in the sub-header section.
You can view a detailed breakdown of your settlements by clicking on the “Last Settlement” tab header. This will take you to the Settlements page.
Did you know...
You can view a breakdown of your settlements, including a breakdown of the relevant transactions, on the Settlements page.
N.B. Settlements will take, on average, 2-3 business days to arrive in your bank account. Dates shown next to settlements are the processing dates, not the date transactions were taken.
Q: Why has a settlement not arrived in my bank account yet?
A: Worldpay Dashboard shows you your Settlements ahead of time. It can take 2-3 working days (sometimes longer) for a settlement to appear in your bank account. For example, a settlement of £100 on Monday should arrive in your bank account by Thursday.
Q: Why do I have multiple Settlements on the same date?
A: Transactions from each of your outlets will be settled independently, this means that you will have a separate settlement showing for each one of your outlets. For example, if you have 3 outlets 3 settlements will show for each day.
Settlements are only displayed for outlets that have transacted on that date; a settlement value of £0.00 will never be show. A breakdown of all settlements will be displayed on the Settlement Page.
