Logging in

To login to My Business Dashboard, click “Login” on the My Business Dashboard homepage and enter your login details when prompted.
 

To Login:

  1. Go to the My Business Dashboard homepage.
  2. Click “Login”
  3. Enter your account email and password.
  4. Click “Submit”

You will now be logged in as the account user.

Did you know...

You can reset your password by clicking "Forgotten Password?" on the login screen. 

Q: Why have I been logged out of my session?

A: For added security and to prevent unwanted users gaining access to your account in the event that it is left unattended your account will automatically log out after 15 minutes of inactivity. In the event you are logged out simply re-enter your login details, your My Business Dashboard usage will be unaffected. 

Q: How do I login for the first time?

A: The first time you login to your account you will be required to complete your account activation. In order to login you will need the temporary login details that will have been sent to you either by post or email by Worldpay.

If you have not received your first time account login details or your temporary password has expired please contact a member of our UK Customer Support team on 03457 61 62 63. They will be able to issue you with new login details.

Q: How do I reset my password?

A: If you have already activated your account you can reset your password by clicking “Forgotten password?” on the login screen and entering your email address when prompted.
