Q: Why have I been logged out of my session?
A: For added security and to prevent unwanted users gaining access to your account in the event that it is left unattended your account will automatically log out after 15 minutes of inactivity. In the event you are logged out simply re-enter your login details, your Worldpay Dashboard usage will be unaffected.
Q: How do I login for the first time?
A: The first time you login to your account you will be required to complete your account activation.
If you have not received your first time account login details or your temporary password has expired please contact a member of our Customer Support team on 03457 61 62 63. They will be able to issue you with new login details.
Q: How do I reset my password?
A: If you have already activated your account you can reset your password by clicking “Forgotten password?” on the login screen and entering your email address when prompted.
