Membership Options

My Business Dashboard has two levels of membership options;

 

Did you know...

My Business Hub users have access to all the features of My Business Dashboard for free.

Full Membership

Full membership entitles you to access all functions of My Business Dashboard. This includes being able to access all historical transaction, sales and settlement data; Sales breakdown and insights and the ability to export and download data for sharing and viewing offline.

For the first 3 months of your My Business Dashboard membership you will receive Full Membership for free. After this period Full Membership is charged at £4.99 (excl. VAT) per month.

If you no longer require Full membership you can downgrade your membership by selecting "Change" in the Account details section of the Manage Account page.

Lite Membership

My Business Dashboard Lite users still have access to their Worldpay invoices and transaction details for the last 7 days but lack the ability to view sales trends, breakdown and insights or be able to download data for offline usage. 

To upgrade or change your membership level, visit the Manage Account page and select "Change" in the Account details section. 
 

Q: What is the difference between Full and Lite membership?

A: Users with Full membership will have access to all functions of My Business Dashboard. This includes being able to access all historical transactions, sales and settlement data; Sales breakdown and insights as well as the ability to export and download data for sharing and viewing offline.
Users with Lite membership will be able to view their Worldpay invoices and transactions for the last 7 days but will not be able to access any of the other features of My Business Dashboard. 

Q: How do I view which membership level I am on?

A: To view your membership level:

  1. Go to the Manage Account page using the navigation menu.
  2. Select the Account tab.
  3. Your membership level will be displayed in the My Business Dashboard Membership section.

Q: How do I change my membership level?

A: To adjust your membership level:
1) Go to the Manage Account page using the navigation menu.
2) Select the Account tab to view information about your membership level.
3) Click “Change” to choose a new membership level.
