You can receive paper copies of your invoices through the post in addition to the online invoices available on your Dashboard. To change how you receive your invoices;
- Go to Manage Account page using the navigation menu.
- Select the Invoice delivery section to view information about your invoice delivery.
- Select the “Change” button to choose whether you would also like to receive your invoices by post.
As a default your invoices will be available online only. The cost of receiving paper invoices will vary depending upon your Worldpay contract and plan type. You can see the cost of paper invoicing by selecting “change” on the Account tab of the Manage Account page.
Paper invoices will be sent out in the first week of every month and should arrive with you by the 9th of the month. This invoice will cover charges for the previous month.
