Recent Transactions

Your five most recent transactions are displayed in the recent transactions section at the bottom left of the Overview page. A more extensive breakdown of your transactions can be viewed in the Transactions tab of the Sales page which can be easily accessed by clicking on the recent transactions header, as well as by using the Navigation menu. Specific transaction details can be accessed by clicking on the transaction in question.

Full users can download a breakdown of their transactions from any date range from the Sales page.

N.B. Transactions are displayed 1 day in arrears, i.e. Tuesday’s transactions will be available from Wednesday morning. 

Q: Why can't I see today's transactions in the recent transactions list?

A: Our system updates on a daily basis, so any card transactions taken today should be visible on your dashboard by tomorrow morning.
In a small number of cases transactions may take longer to appear. For example if your end-of-day reconciliation is not completed on time, or you miss your banking window, then this 

Q: How do I see a full breakdown of my transactions?

A: You can access a full breakdown of your transactions by navigating to the Transactions Tab on the Sales Page or by clicking on the Recent Transactions header. This will show you the Transaction, Card, Settlement and Business details for each transaction processed. 

Q: How do I check if a transaction has gone through successfully?

A: You can access full breakdown of your transactions in the Transactions Tab on the Sales Page by clicking on the Recent Transactions header. This will display all transactions processed up to the previous working day and the associated Transaction, Card, Settlement and Business details. If a transaction has been successfully processed it will appear in this list.

Transaction shown in Green as positive values correspond to payment you have received, negative values listed in Red represent refunds that you have issued.

My Business Dashboard displays all sales information up to the previous working day. For urgent queries relating to transactions from today please contact a member of our UK Customer Services team on 03457 61 62 63. 

Q: Why is a transaction showing up as a negative value?

A: Your Dashboard will show details of ALL card transactions successfully processed, this includes Payments and Refunds.

Payments will be shown in Green and will be positive numbers. Refunds will be shown in Red and will be negative numbers. Total Sales will be the compound of sales and refund totals, i.e. If your payment total was £1,000 and your refund total was £100 your Total Sales would equal £900.
