Refunds and Voids

By combining a traditional till setup with insights and transaction reporting My Business Hub is able to make the process of refunding or voiding transactions simpler than every before. Simply identify the transaction in question from the Transaction page either by scrolling through the Transaction list or by searching for the transaction using the transaction reference number. 

By selecting the original transaction, My Business Hub will offer you the option to Refund or Void at the bottom of the transactions breakdown section. Transactions can only be refunded once they have been settled, unsettled transactions will need to be voided
