You can quickly and easily test the hardware components of your Worldpay Hub at any time within "Check Peripherals" accessed via Settings.
After tapping "Check Peripherals" you’ll see the options to test your Hub's Printer, Cash drawer and Barcode scanner. Tapping "Test" under any of the respective hardware elements of your Hub will confirm whether or not the connection has been successfully established with that hardware element.
Successful connection paring will display a tick icon instead of test option. If your Hub cannot detect a connection to any aspect of its hardware under test conditions it will return an error message, in this instance please reset the respective piece of hardware and try again. If issues persist please contact a member of our UK Customer Support team.
