Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password you can reset it by clicking “Forgotten Password?” on the Worldpay Dashboard login screen. Enter your email address when prompted and you will be issued a link to reset your account password.

To reset your Worldpay Dashboard password:

  1. Go to the Worldpay Dashboard homepage and select "Log in"
  2. Select “Forgotten Password?”
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Click “Send”

You will now be issued with a link, via email, to reset your password
