Your terminal will be delivered to you with everything you need to set it up and get started, meaning you're able to get your terminal up and running yourself and you won't have to wait for an engineer to be available.

Contained within the box is:

  • Your Worldpay Terminal
  • Terminal base (Wi-fi, Mobile & Bluetooth terminals only)
  • Power connection
  • 2x Till rolls
  • Ethernet & Phone cable (Bluetooth terminals only)
  • Power & Network connector (Desktop terminals only)
  • Instruction manual and supporting material

Did you know...

Your Merchant ID is the 8-digit number that can be found on any communication you will have received from Worldpay. You'll need this before you can begin terminal installation. 

To start with you will need to connect your terminal to the power supply and leave to charge and boot up, once it has done this you're ready to start your setup and installation. This will vary depending on your terminal type, for a full set up and install guide select your terminal from the list below.
