In order to use Worldpay POS you will need to be logged in. On the login screen, which is displayed upon opening the Worldpay POS app, simply enter the email address and password that you use for My Business Dashboard.
To Login to Worldpay POS:
- Open the Worldpay POS app
- Enter your email address and password
- Tap “Log In”
You will now be logged in as the account user.
Entering your password incorrectly five times will result in you being temporarily locked out of you account. If you are unable to log in please contact a member of our Customer Support team on 03457 61 62 63.
If you need to reset your password select “Forgotten your password?” at the bottom of the login screen. When prompted, enter the email address associated with your account and you will be issued with instructions to reset your password.
N.B. As your My Business Dashboard and Worldpay POS login are the same, changing your password within the app will change your Dashboard password to match.
