Pairing the Worldpay Reader

Your Worldpay Reader can be set up for any of the following scenarios:

First time set up

The first time you log in to My Business Hub you’ll be prompted to complete the first time setup wizard. Simply follow the on-screen steps and the guide will take you through setting up your keypad and testing all the hardware components are connected and working correctly.


Replacing and reconnecting your Worldpay Reader

To pair your new keypad to Worldpay POS:

  1. Tap "Update Keypad Settings" from the Settings page.
  2. Press and hold tick icon on keypad for 5 seconds to enable Bluetooth connectivity.
  3. Select keypad from Available Bluetooth Devices.
  4. Tap "Pair" on tablet and tick button on keypad when prompted.
  5. Await prompt when pairing complete.

Your new keypad will now be paired with the Worldpay POS app.
